Fill a crock pot with turkey, beef, or chicken bones.
Fill crock pot to the brim with water.
Add 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar.
Turn crock pot on low.
Allow to simmer for 24-36 hours.
Strain broth and remaining meat pieces into glass quart jars.
Freeze or follow directions for pressure canning.
